Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Agua mobile app ("Agua", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. Agua is a hydration-tracking app operated by Nebula Work Studio ("Nebula Work Studio").

1. The short version

Agua has no user accounts and no server of its own. The information you enter — your name, age, weight, sex, activity level, climate, drink history, goals and settings — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to or stored by us.

2. Information stored on your device

The following is saved locally on your device (using the operating system's local storage) and remains under your control:

• Profile details: name, age, weight, sex.
• Personalization: activity level, climate, daily water goal.
• Hydration history and logged drinks.
• App preferences: units, reminder settings, trial state.

We cannot see this data. Deleting the app, or using Settings → Reset App Data, removes it from your device.

3. Purchases

Agua offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Agua Pro"). Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play — we never receive or store your payment details.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate purchases and manage your unlock status. To do this, RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous app-user identifier and a device identifier provided by the operating system (e.g. Apple's Identifier for Vendor) together with non-personal purchase/transaction data. 4. Notifications

With your permission, Agua schedules local reminder notifications on your device. These are generated on-device; we do not run a server that sends you push messages, and we do not collect a push token. You can disable reminders any time in Settings or in your device's system settings.

5. What we do NOT do

• We do not collect analytics or usage tracking.
• We do not use advertising or ad identifiers.
• We do not sell or share your personal information.
• We do not maintain accounts or a backend database.

If you later add any analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDK to the app, you must update this section and your App Store / Google Play privacy disclosures accordingly.

6. Children

Agua is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Your rights

Because your data lives on your device, you can view, change, or delete it at any time within the app. For data held by the app stores or RevenueCat in connection with a purchase, please contact the relevant provider, or contact us and we will help where we can.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
