Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Agua mobile app provided by Nebula Work Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Agua, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Agua on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.

2. Free trial & purchases

• Agua includes a 7-day free trial in which premium features are unlocked at no cost. The trial requires no payment details and does not auto-charge or convert into a subscription.
• After the trial, premium features ("Agua Pro") can be unlocked with a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription.
• The core app remains free to use after the trial, with no ads.
• Purchases are processed and billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing is shown before purchase. You can restore a previous purchase via the in-app "Restore Purchases" option.
• Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its policies; we cannot directly process refunds.

3. Not medical advice

Agua provides general hydration and wellness guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Hydration goals are estimates based on the information you enter. Always seek professional advice for medical concerns, and do not disregard professional advice because of something in the app.

4. Your data

Your information is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any data you choose to keep. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by reverse engineering, tampering with, or attempting to circumvent purchase or licensing mechanisms, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Agua is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebula Work Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use Agua.

8. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use Agua. You may stop using and delete the app at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app or features at our discretion.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
